Webster Hardness tester

The W-20 Webster hardness tester is light weight, fast and easy to use. Hardness testing with a Webster tester is simply clamping on the specimen, and the hardness value is directly shown on the dial. The Tianxing Webster tester comforms to China non-ferros industrial standard YS/T420 and ASTM B647.

PHL-200 Leeb Hardness Tester

Based on the rebound principle and conform to China National Standard GB/T 17394.

Very easy and quick operation. The tester is light weight and the result can be directly read from the LCD screen. It is suitable for testing the metals with a large harness range including carbon steel, steel alloys, cast iron, cast aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, etc.

Tests the hardness of very large or assembled workpieces and those not convenient to be moved or not allowed to be cut, including large moulds, forgings, castings and machined parts.

Test result can be automatically converted into Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRC & HRB), Vickers (HV), Shore Scleroscope (HS) by pressing one button.

The Leeb hardness tester has a great capacity of Data storage, which could be output trough USB.
