W-B75/W-BB75 Series Webster Hardness Testers

The W-B75 / W-BB75 Webster hardness tester of Tianxing is light weight, fast and easy to use. Hardness testing with a Webster tester is simply clamping on the specimen, and the hardness value is directly shown on the dial. Webster testers are especially suitable for on site fast, non-destructive hardness testing. Tianxing Webster testers comform to China non-ferros industrial standard YS/T420 and ASTM B647.

W-B75 is designed based on the Model W-20 Webster tester. It uses a different penetrator and a different load spring with a greater test force. W-B75 is suitable to test brass and very hard aluminum alloy. W-BB75 uses the same penetrator as W-B75 and the same load spring as W-20. This combination gives W-BB75 better sensitivity on softer copper and copper alloys. There are also modified models W-B75b and W-BB75b for testing slim pipes.
