W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester for Low Carbon Steel

The W-B92 Webster hardness tester of TianXing is light weight, fast and easy to use. Hardness testing with a Webster tester is simply clamping on the specimen, and the hardness value is directly shown on the dial. W-B92 is suitable for testing stainless steel and low carbon steel including cold rolled steel stripes, hot rolled stripes, galvanized stripes, seamless pipes, welded pipes, etc. It is especially suitable for on site non-destructive hardness testing.

Features

W-B92 Webster tester is calibrated using Rockwell HRB standard blocks. It is suitable for most mild or annealed steels. Comparison experiments show approximately linear relation between Webster hardness and Rockwell HRB, therefore W-B92 tester can be used for quality control in lieu of Rockwell testers.
